You’ll get an entire year of access to the Positive Intelligence (PQ) platform, where you do the work, building mental fitness week by week.

Program details

The Reignite: Burnout Recovery Program includes weekly focuses on different aspects of mental well-being. It includes guided exercises in the Positive Intelligence app and coach-led group discussions. You’ll gain practical strategies to manage stress, build resilience, and develop a healthier work-life balance.

“But I don’t have time….!!!!” That is the classic refrain of burnout. Most participants find that they GET more time and energy BACK than they spend on this program.

You can expect to spend 1 hour per week watching the weekly coach challenge video, plus 1-1.5 hours in a group training. In addition, you’re encouraged to spend 15 minutes a day (2 min at a time) practicing PQ reps. We also include community and campfire discussions for you to connect with other participants.

This program is for individuals and companies who are feeling burnt out, stressed, or overwhelmed – or doesn’t want to be. Teams to take this program together share a common language, shown to improve collaboration and innovation.

NO. Our coaching program is not therapy, and does not replace therapy. Other than talking about learned coping mechanisms, the program does NOT focus on your past. Reignite gives you the day-to-day skills to live a better life today and build a fulfilling future!
